Website visitors need answers based on the organisation they are contacting, and a way to book without a chain of emails. Flow Chat brings business knowledge and appointment availability into the same conversation.
What I built
From a website question to a calendar booking.
I built configurable website chat with a knowledge base drawn from uploaded documents and indexed web pages. Calendar tools check availability and book appointments with Google and Apple Calendar. Lead capture and AI-generated conversation summaries send enquiries to the team inbox; a dashboard tracks conversations, bookings and costs.
